Fourth Quarter Senior Activities

The fourth quarter of this school year is now in full swing. Seniors are looking forward to all of their special events as graduation approaches.

The Senior Recognition Ceremony is on Thursday, May 22 at 10 am in the main gym. It recognizes seniors for making it to graduation with a pinning ceremony. It will also feature a special senior video, an announcement of the voted-in favorite teachers, and recognition of seniors who have received awards and scholarships. 

Senior Fest is the following Thursday, May 29 at 2 pm in the cafeteria. There will be food trucks, a DJ, games, a handprint wall, and yearbook signing, all free for seniors. It is a time for seniors to be together and celebrate their approaching graduation.

Last and most importantly, graduation! The graduation ceremony will be at Cameron Indoor Stadium on Friday, June 13 at 5 pm (graduates should arrive at 3:45). To prepare for graduation, there will be two practices: at Jordan on Tuesday, June 10 at 1:30 (seniors will receive their tickets after this rehearsal!) and at Cameron Indoor on Wednesday, June 11, at 4:30.

As seniors finalize their plans for next year and look ahead to their future, they also have many exciting events at Jordan to look forward to!
